DE is dedicated to helping our communities stay connected affordably. We are proud to now participate in the Federal Government’s Affordable Connectivity Program, which replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. If you qualify, and depending on the speed you choose, your Internet service could be at a reduced price with this $30 monthly credit.
Eligible households receive up to $30 monthly bill credit towards internet service. Bulk internet and commercial accounts excluded. Limit one credit per household. Terms, conditions, and restrictions apply. Credit will be applied until ACP funding is exhausted, at which time customers will be responsible for full payment of the monthly bill without the credit at DE then-current rates. The discount benefit is portable to and from other participating providers but is not transferable to other individuals or households. Nonpayment may result in service suspension and/or downgrade.

Lifeline is a federal benefit that lowers the monthly cost of phone (DE LightSpeed VOIP service) or internet service for qualifying customers. DE LightSpeed offers this program, administered by the Universal Service Administration Company (USAC) and the National Verifier, to help make communications services more affordable. You can use Lifeline for either phone or Broadband internet service. Lifeline is non-transferable and is limited to one discount per household (i.e. phone OR internet). Only eligible consumers may enroll, and a household cannot receive Lifeline benefits from multiple providers.
Enrollees will receive a monthly credit on their DE LightSpeed bill.
